POPPY SEED CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. poppy seeds

Mix cake mix, pudding, oil and water. Then beat in eggs, one at a time; beat 1 minute after each egg, then beat in poppy seeds for one minute. Bake in a greased, floured (I use Pam spray) Bundt pan for 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
