DEER CASSEROLE 
3 lbs. ground venison (or hamburger)
1/4 lb. diced white salt pork
2 diced green peppers
2 diced med. onions
2 cans Ranch style beans
1 c. beef stock
2 cans whole tomatoes, stewed
2 sm. cans tomato paste
2 tsp. chili powder
Salt, pepper (black), Italian seasoning and cayenne pepper, to taste

Brown meat and drain. Add to big pot with rest of ingredients and let simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with hot biscuits or corn bread.

OPTIONAL - 1 can whole kernel corn, 1 can mixed vegetables.
