APPLE CRANBERRY PIE | |
Pastry for 9 inch two crust pie 3/4 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. sugar 1/3 c. all purpose flour 1 tsp. cinnamon 4 c. pared, sliced, tart apples 2 c. cranberries fresh or frozen (whole or chopped) 2 tbsp. butter Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In large bowl, combine sugars, flour and cinnamon. Add fruit. Mix well. Turn into pastry lined pan. Dot with butter. Cover and cut slits in top crust. Seal edges. Bake 40 minutes or until golden brown. |
