PUMPKIN PIE LITE 
24 graham crackers, crumbled
4 tbsp. butter, melted

Add butter to crackers, press into 9 inch pan. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool completely.

FILLING:

Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon plain gelatin over 1 cup evaporated skim milk and heat over low heat just until dissolved. Add 1 cup evaporated skim milk in large bowl. Add 2 small package sugar-free vanilla instant pudding, 2 cups canned pumpkin, 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice and 1 cup whipped topping, mixing just until combined. Pour into crust. Chill 4 hours. Serves 8.

Reduce calorie butter may be used.
