SUNSHINE SALAD 
1 pkg. orange Jello
1 pkg. lemon jello
2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
5 bananas, sliced thin

Mix first three ingredients well. Add cold water. Mix remaining ingredients well and cool thoroughly; mix with Jello and let set.

TOPPING:

1 beaten egg
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. sugar

Mix thoroughly all ingredients, cook over boiling water stirring until thick. Cool. Add 1/2 pint whipped cream and sprinkle with grated cheese.
