CHRISTMAS STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. water
4 eggs
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1/2 c. juice from small pkg. frozen strawberries

Soften Jello in the 1/2 cup water. Combine ingredients and blend all together in electric mixer for at least 4 minutes. Bake in three (9 inch) cake pans for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Take out and cool.

ICING:

1/2 stick butter
1 sm. pkg. frozen strawberries
1 box powdered sugar

Cream butter and sugar. Add as much of the drained strawberries as mixture will take and still hold its firmness.
