FRESH STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
4 eggs
2/3 c. Wesson oil
1/2 c. water
1 box strawberry gelatin
2/3 c. strawberries

Combine cake mix and gelatin in large mixing bowl. Add eggs, water and oil. Beat until well combined and smooth. Add strawberries while beating. Pour into prepared cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

FROSTING FOR STRAWBERRY CAKE:

1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. strawberries
1/2 stick butter

Add softened butter to sugar, then add strawberries and beat until smooth and creamy. Spread over cake. NOTE: This cake can also be baked in an oblong cake pan.
