1 bag spinach, washed and patted dry and chopped
Fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 lb. bacon, fried, drained, and crumbled
1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. ketchup
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika

Mix all ingredients well until sugar is dissolved. Pour desired amount over salad and serve.
