HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. diced chicken, about 3 breasts
1/2 c. almonds
1 c. water chestnuts
1/4 can cut pimento (optional)
1 tbsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. Accent
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can French fried onion rings

Mix all ingredients together except onion rings. Pour into 1 1/2 quart covered casserole. Add onion rings on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
