HAM 'N CORNBREAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. cornbread mix
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk
2 c. cubed ham
1/2 c. sour cream

Bake cornbread as directed on package in 2 quart saucepan. Melt butter, add green peppers and onion; cook until tender. Stir in flour, salt and mustard. Remove from heat. Stir in milk, slowly. Add ham. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened, cook 2 minutes longer. Remove from heat, stir in sour cream. Serve over cornbread, cut and split in half.
