BERMUDA SALAD 
1 sm. head cauliflower
1/2 lg. onion
1/2 c. sliced stuffed olives
2/3 c. French dressing
1/2 c. blue cheese
Head of lettuce

Separate cauliflower into florets. Slice thinly crosswise, and slice onion separating into rings. Marinate cauliflower, onions, olives in dressing, 30 minutes. Before serving, add cheese, bite size lettuce, toss.
