CHERRY MUFFINS 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. milk
4 tbsp. oil
1 can tart cherries, drained

Mix dry ingredients together. Add liquid ingredients. Add drained cherries. Stir just enough to moisten dry ingredients. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
