CHOCOLATE CHIP PEANUT BUTTER
CRISPS
 
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. shortening
1 egg
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
4 c. Kix cereal
1 pkg. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Mix sugar, peanut butter, butter, shortening, egg, baking soda and powder. Stir in cereal and chocolate chips. Shape dough slightly by rounded tablespoons and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake until golden brown 10-12 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
