CRISP PEANUT BUTTER GRAHAMS 
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. finely crushed graham cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. honey
1 c. chunk style peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine first 4 ingredients. Set aside. With electric mixer combine butter, brown sugar and egg. Add water and honey, peanut butter and vanilla. Add flour mixture. Roll heaping teaspoons of dough into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on lightly greased cookie sheet. Press each down firmly with the tines of a fork to form a criss-cross pattern. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Yield 5 dozen.

Variation: Spread 1/2 cup sesame seeds on an ungreased cookie sheet and set in a 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. Shape pan occasionally toasting until golden brown. Prepare recipe and add 2 teaspoons grated orange peel with vanilla. Add the toasted sesame seeds.
