Peanut Butter Bon Bons

This is a tradition at my house. Now that the kids are gone I end up mailing them from coast to coast. I had never melted my peanut butter and butter together and found you had to let it cool some before trying to form the bon bons - other wise they are sticky. Also I don't like "dipping chocolate" so I melt half a cake of parafin, semi-sweet choc. chips and half a Hershey Bar. If you see you are going to run out of chocolate, just add more chocolate chips. I place a tooth picks in the each one when I form the balls then freeze them. The chocolate grabs right to the bonbons when you dip. ENJOY! I still have 3 more batches to make and get sent off.
