BAKED BEEF 
Round steak
1 env. onion soup mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 soup can of water

Stir together soup mix, soups, mushrooms and water. Cut round steak into serving size pieces or bite-size pieces. Cover with soup mix. You can use whatever amount of round steak you choose. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Serve over mashed potatoes or noodles. This recipe freezes well.
