BUTTERMILK ROLLS 
3 c. buttermilk (room temperature)
1 yeast cake
3 c. flour

Mix dry ingredients. Add buttermilk and stir to make a sponge. Let set one hour.

3 well-beaten eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
4-5 c. flour

Add sponge and knead to make soft dough. Let raise one hour. Knead again, then refrigerate for a minimum of 6-8 hours. Shape into rolls and let raise for 2 hours. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.
