SHRIMP CREOLE 
1 lb. fresh or frozen Shrimp - peeled & drained
2 onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 can tomatoes sauce (8 oz.)
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
Hot rice

Cook onion and pepper in hot oil till tender. Stir in flour. Add rest of ingredients except shrimp and rice. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.

Add shrimp, cover and simmer 3 minutes or just until done. Serve over hot rice.

Serves 4.
