CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted and cooled
2 eggs
3/4 c. chocolate chips

Heat oven to 400 degrees. In a medium bowl, beat milk, butter and eggs. Stir into dry ingredients just to moisten. Fold in chocolate chips and spoon batter into 12 well greased or paper lined muffin cups. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm. Makes 12 large.
