MICROWAVE 2 MINUTE FUDGE 
1 lb. 10X sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Add sugar and cocoa; mix. Place butter and milk in center of mix. Cook in microwave oven for 2 minutes on high. Remove. Add vanilla. Stir until smooth. Place in 10 x 6 x 2 inch dish. Chill in freezer for 20 minutes.

For Peanut Butter Fudge: Omit 2 teaspoon butter and add 1/2 cup peanut butter.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
