LEMON ANGEL CAKE 
1 pkg. 1-step Angel Food cake
1 can lemon pie filling

Mix above until well blended, about 2 minutes. Spread in ungreased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes and frost with lemon glaze while still warm.

LEMON GLAZE:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. butter
About 1 1/2 tsp. milk

This turned out fantastic! Moist and chewy with just the right amount of tang. So I tried using chocolate pie filling. The batter foamed up in a way that alarmed me. But it baked up like a souffle! Delish!

I was going to make this again using lemon filling, then I spied a jar of strawberry rhubarb filling. It turned out almost as fantastic as the lemon version. Next thanksgiving I'm going to try it with pumpkin pie filling. I may never be the same.
