CHEESY POTATO CASSEROLE | |
3-4 lg. potatoes 1/2 c. milk 8 oz. shredded cheese 1 stick butter 8 oz. sour cream Peel and cook the potatoes until done. Drain water. Add butter and milk. break potatoes into small pieces with fork. Spread in 2 quart casserole. Spread 8 ounces sour cream over top. Sprinkle with 8 ounces shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. |
