CHEESY POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 pt. half & half or milk
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 lb. Velveeta
4 oz. sharp, grated Cheddar cheese

Arrange frozen potatoes in a 9x9 inch baking dish. Melt remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Pour over potatoes and stir gently to mix. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or longer. Bake uncovered in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
