CHOCOLATE-CINNAMON CAKE 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
6 tbsp. milk

Put butter, Crisco oil, water and cocoa in a pan and bring to a boil. Then add soda and cinnamon. Then add flour, sugar, buttermilk, vanilla and 3 eggs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

ICING: In a saucepan bring to a boil 1 teaspoon butter, 3 tablespoons cocoa and 6 tablespoons milk. After this has begun to boil add 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 box of white powdered sugar and 1 cup pecans.
