NO COOK VANILLA ICE CREAM 
3 eggs
Pinch of salt
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 c. sugar
4 tsp. vanilla
Milk

Beat eggs; add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour mixture into ice cream freezer container. Fill container with milk to within 2 inches of top of container. Cover container. Add crushed ice and ice cream salt in bucket and crank or use an electric ice cream maker according to directions. Makes 1 gallon.
