1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg

Press the above into 13"x9" pan. Beat 2 eggs and blend in: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

Pour on top of cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until brown on top. Variation: Sprinkle 6 ounces chocolate chips and 1 cup chopped pecans over first layer. Good.
