BROILED SCALLOPS 
24 lg. scallops
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Dash salt
Dash pepper
Paprika

1. Melt butter.

2. Stir in Worcestershire, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

3. Mix in scallops.

4. Take scallops out of butter mixture and place on broiling pan.

5. Brush butter mixture on each scallop.

6. Sprinkle paprika on each scallop.

7. Broil for 10 minutes.

8. Take out and turn each scallop.

9. Brush with butter and sprinkle paprika.

10. Broil 10 more minutes.
