MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion
2 cloves garlic
1 pkg. corn tortillas
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 lg. sour cream
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
8 oz. cheddar cheese

Brown meat and onion. Drain grease, add garlic and seasonings. In 2 1/2 inch baking dish put meat mixture, layer of tortillas, sour cream, meat mixture and cheeses. Keep layering and end up with meat and cheeses. Break up pieces of tortillas on top. Bake about 30 minutes.
