SKILLET MOSTACCIOLI | |
1 lb. ground beef 2 c. uncooked mostaccioli 1 1/2 c. water 1 jar (15 1/2 oz.) spaghetti sauce 1/4 tsp. salt 4 oz. shredded Mozzarella (1 c.) Brown beef. Stir in mostaccioli, sauce, water, salt. Sprinkle with pepper. Cover and simmer 25-30 minutes until pasta is tender. Stir often. Transfer to large dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with foil until it melts. Serve with Parmesan cheese. |
