CHINESE HASH 
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. rice, uncooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 onion, chopped
2 c. celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 1/2 c. warm water
Chinese noodles

Brown meat and onion; drain off any fat. Mix all of the above ingredients with meat mixture and mix well. Pour into buttered casserole dish, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve over Chinese noodles. Serves 8-10.
