CHILI RELLENO CASSEROLE | |
2 (4 oz.) cans chili 1/3 lb. longhorn or Jack cheese 4 eggs 1/3 c. milk 1/2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. baking powder Layer chili and cheese in greased 9 inch pan. Put eggs in blender until foamy, add milk, flour and baking powder; mix and pour over chili and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until knife comes out clean. |
