MAKE AHEAD POTATOES | |
9 med. baking potatoes 1 tbsp. grated onion 1/2 c. butter 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2/3 c. warm milk 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 c. whipping cream, whipped Boil potatoes until tender. Peel and mash. Add onion, butter, seasonings, and milk. Place mixture into shallow, buttered casserole. Fold cheese into whipped cream and spread over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Can be made ahead and refrigerated overnight. |
