STRAWBERRY NUT SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) Jello strawberry
1 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 (1 lb. 4 1/2 oz) can crushed pineapple, NO ice
3 med. bananas, crushed
1 c. chopped pecans
1 container sour cream

Dissolve juice in water; add strawberries and juice, bananas, nuts, when Jello is slightly set, pour half in mold. Chill. Spread sour cream on molded Jello, gently spoon remaining Jello mixture on sour cream. Chill several hours before serving. Makes 15 servings.

Nice at Christmas time. Can be served on lettuce leaves.
