QUICK FIX VEGGIE PASTA 
1 lb. macaroni (any type of fancy pasta)
1 lb. bag of mixed vegetables or mixture of fresh veggies
1/4 c. canola oil
Season to taste

Cook pasta until crisp-tender, drain. Meanwhile, steam veggies until crisp. Toss pasta, veggies and oil. Serve hot, cold or use as topping with baked potatoes and cheese.
