TACO SALAD 
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. head lettuce
2 med. tomatoes
8 oz. pkg. grated Cheddar or Colby cheese
1 sm. bag Fritos corn chips
2 c. Ranch dressing/dip

Brown hamburger. Combine all ingredients except chips. Chill in refrigerator. Just before serving add smashed chips and Ranch dressing. (If mixed together ahead of time, lettuce and chips get soggy.)
