C.'S FAVORITE POTATOES | |
1 lg. (2 lb.) pkg. frozen southern style hashbrowns 1 pt. whipping cream 2 c. grated Swiss cheese Salt and pepper to taste Paprika 1/2 stick melted butter Place frozen hashbrowns in 9 by 13 inch casserole or cake pan. Add all seasonings. Pour whipping cream (unwhipped) over potatoes. Top with grated Swiss cheese. Pour melted butter over all. Bake uncovered for approximately 1 hour at 325 degrees. Baking time may vary. Cheese on top should be light brown and crispy at edges. |
