SUNDAY BEST CHICKEN 
Roasting chicken
1/2 tsp. tarragon
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash
Melted butter

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Clean chicken and put on rack of broiler pan. Mix together melted butter and seasonings; baste chicken with it. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Roast 20 minutes per pound, basting often with butter and seasoning mixture, until skin is golden brown. Delicious served with potatoes and fresh vegetables.
