BEET JELLY 
6 c. beet juice
Juice from 1/2 lemon or 1/2 c. ReaLemon juice
2 boxes powdered pectin
8 c. sugar
1 box raspberry gelatin

Clean, slice and cook beets. Measure juice. Add lemon. Bring to boil. Add sugar, gelatin and boil 6 minutes. Pour in jars and seal.
