BLUEBERRY COFFEECAKE 
1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 can blueberry pie filling

Mix oil and sugar. Add eggs and mix. Stir or sift baking powder into the flour Add to creamed mixture. Place 2/3 of dough into cake pan 11 x 13 inches. Spread 1 can of blueberry pie filling over this. Drip the remaining batter over the blueberry pie mix.

You may top with powdered sugar icing or the following topping.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar mixed with 1 tsp. cinnamon

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
