PORK TENDERLOIN FILET 
For 2 pounds of meat; marinate in equal amount of soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Prick meat with a fork, so marinate is absorbed better.

Sprinkle on both sides with salt and pepper, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, tarragon, oregano, and basil and 1/4 teaspoon of rosemary, thyme and sage. Marinate all day.

Bake meat at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes until tender. Pour some of the marinade over the filets before baking. Slice into serving pieces. Serves 4-6.
