1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 1/3 c. Bisquick
1 c. sugar

Beat all ingredients for about 30 seconds. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-65 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes and remove from pan.
