WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. cubed cheese
1 c. halved black olives
1 (#2) can tomatoes, cut up (2 1/2 c.)
1 can mushrooms
1/2 c. onion flakes or chopped onion
1/2 c. olive oil, do not substitute
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. wild rice
1/2 c. boiling water

Place in buttered casserole. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 375 degrees.

This is our Christmas Eve Dish. Serve with barbecued meatballs.
