SHRIMP STUFF 
1 lg. white onion
1 lg. bell pepper
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of celery
1 can cream of mushroom
1 lb. Velveeta
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. sm. shrimp

Chop onion and bell pepper. Saute. Mix Rotel and soups. Add Velveeta. When Velveeta is melted, add boiled shrimp. Can be served over rice.
