RHUBARB COCONUT COOKIES | |
1/2 c. shortening 1 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. cloves 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. baking soda 1 c. finely cut rhubarb 1 egg 2 c. flour 1/2 c. coconut 1 c. raisins 1/2 c. milk 1 c. nuts Combine shortening, sugar and egg. Beat well; add milk. Mix all dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Add all other ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls on greased pan. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in a 400 degree oven. |
