1 yellow cake mix (without pudding - IMPORTANT)
1 1/2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tsp. almond flavoring

Mix cake mix according to directions. Put in greased 9x13 pan, then mix together remaining ingredients. Spread over cake mix and bake in a 350 degree oven for 50-55 minutes. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar or whipped cream.
