MINIATURE NUT CAKES 
1/2 lb. sweet butteroz. cream cheesec. flour

When butter and cream cheese are soft, mix together with flour and put in refrigerator to chill for 1 hour.

FILLING:

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. finely chopped walnuts

Do not grease tins.

Take dough and form into balls. Put into miniature cupcake pans. Make a hole in dough with thumb being careful not to go through bottom.

Put 1 teaspoon of filling in each nut cake.

Bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Take out of tins and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Yield: 48 miniature nut cakes.
