PARMESAN VEGETABLE BOWL 
1/3 c. ripe olives, sliced
3 med. zucchini, bias sliced 1/4" thick, about 4 c.
2 med. tomatoes, cut in wedges & seeded
1 sm. head cauliflower, broken into sm. buds
1/2 c. salad oil
1/3 c. vinegar
1 (1 oz.) env. Italian dressing mix (Good Seasons)
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

In large bowl combine vegetables and olives. Combine oil, vinegar and Parmesan cheese. Mix and shake vigorously to blend. Pour over vegetables and refrigerate several hours. Drain to serve.

Serves 8.
