CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. fine, soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. tomato juice

Mix all together. Spoon into an unbaked pie crust. If meat is fatty, heat and pour off fat. Top with cheese topping.

TOPPING:

1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 beaten egg
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix together and spread over pie. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until done. Velveeta cheese is good, too.
