CRISPY FLOUNDER FILLET 
1 (1/4 lb.) flounder
2 tsp. reduced-calorie butter, melted, divided
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tsp. corn flake crumbs
1/2 tsp. sesame seed
Dash of paprika

On microwavable plate, arrange flounder. In small bowl, combine 1 teaspoon butter and the lemon juice; drizzle evenly over flounder. In small bowl, combine remaining butter with corn flake crumbs and sesame seed, spoon over flounder and sprinkle with paprika. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, rotating plate 1/2 turn halfway through cooking. Makes 1 serving.
