CRUNCHY CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 c. ground cooked ham
1 tsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. chopped peanuts or pistachio nuts

Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in ham, parsley, mustard, hot pepper sauce and onion. Chill for several hours. Form into a ball, roll in the nuts to coat. Serve with crackers.
